Drumroll please 🥁: We’ve officially launched membership! This has been an ongoing project for over a year—we’ve spoken to countless patients and iterated the structure dozens of times before landing on our new offering. As of today, anyone can sign up to be a member of The Clique and create a savings account that goes directly toward upcoming treatments and products you want to buy. Yes, that’s right: There are no membership fees, just savings.      The way it works is that you can choose how you save by joining one of two levels, Clique Pro or Clique Core. At both tiers, you get 10% off your tox—but we’ve really sweetened the deal with Pro, which also unlocks 15% off of advanced treatments (think filler, peels, and Ultherapy) and 10% off all skincare. We’re not just saving our patients money, we’re giving them the chance to invest in themselves and their routines over time. By the time they get to checkout for a treatment or with a product, they’ve already planned and saved toward the expense.      We believe that our business is leading the movement to completely reimagine how patients receive medical-grade skincare treatments. Membership, and its cost benefit, is yet another reason why receiving services from highly skilled board-certified providers in the comfort of your own home makes much more sense than any alternative.      But beyond making this program a total no-brainer for anyone who spends on treatments or products regularly, we also wanted to launch this initiative as a way to say thank you to our patients. There is a lot of trust that goes into bringing a provider into your personal space. Our providers are all board-certified medical professionals who have received 5x more hands-on training than industry standard in a rigorous program developed in partnership with our founder, Dr. Sarah Allen. Our training program combines a comprehensive virtual didactic course and an in-person training day. Providers work in a highly supportive 2:1 trainee-to-trainer ratio focused on personalized treatment plans for each patient, adhering to our gold standard of quality and safety. Upon completion of this initial neuromodulator training, providers continue ongoing education through oversight of our internal clinical and provider success teams.
