Over the weekend, the Spectra team attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Music on Pennsy, a new pocket playground along the Pennsy Trail, just steps away from our Hub at Pennsy Trail development. We’re honored to support this wonderful addition to the local community! Thanks so much to the Town of Cumberland, IN for inviting us!

Cumberland Community Chats episode 5 I’m joined by Victoria Musser Community Development Project Coordinator She is responsible for the events, grant writing, planning, all things Town of Cumberland Victoria provides insight on the planning, zoning, and permits involved in hosting events in the town including 6-8 months of gathering permits, calling on bands and performers, soliciting food trucks and sourcing sponsors Here are several of the upcoming events Town of Cumberland, IN 📌August 31 - Beers, Blues, BBQ with fireworks to conclude the event and send summer off with a bang (haha I’m here all week) 📌Music on Pennsy grand opening will be Sept 14 at 10 am.
