Another NJREGO Invitational Two-Man Scramble Event in the books!   A great day was had by all at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster.  Congratulations to Ed Shannon and Timothy Greiner on taking home the first-place team trophy with an amazing score of 62. Edward M. Flanagan and Timothy Jabbour tied with Michael Deo, MBA and Bill Dagiantis for second place with a 68. Additional congratulations to our skins winners, Doug Oliver and John Crawford with an Eagle on the 18th hole. We're thrilled to unveil Tommy's Tavern + Tap Edgewater after their grand opening last night! As the general contractor, we've successfully transformed a former Pier 1 store into a 10,000 sq ft modern restaurant. This project included comprehensive interior and exterior renovations, with a focus on quality and functionality. Highlights of our work include installing polished concrete flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, and a new grease trap. Special attention was given to soundproofing, working with acoustical engineers to ensure a disturbance-free experience for the residential units above. This 10,000-square-foot facility was inaugurated by Gov. Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy, and featured appearances by NJ Hall of Fame inductees. As the owner's representative, Walsh Company is thrilled to have been part of this prestigious project. Opening to the public on June 28th, the center offers a blend of interactive exhibits and educational experiences celebrating New Jersey’s rich history and culture. Walsh Company proudly presents the completed transformation of an 85,000 SF warehouse in Totowa, NJ. As the general contractor, we managed a comprehensive overhaul that included new loading dock doors, dock seals, and dock levelers, along with interior renovations, painting, masonry, and site work. Walsh Company was our general contractor, they made the process of building our new State-Of-Art-Facility seamless. We planned for 12 weeks construction time, they finished before 10 weeks. Always in communication from the early stages of permit until after the C of O was obtained, we could not have asked for a better team.
