Our leadership team recently hit it out of the park—literally! We started off with an impactful session led by Echelon Front, focusing on key leadership principles and teamwork strategies. This training was an invaluable opportunity for us to enhance our skills and align our goals. Following this enriching experience, we took some time to unwind and bond over an Astros game. The game provided the perfect opportunity to strengthen connections, share insights, and enjoy some fun outside the office. The energy from the field inspired us to bring that same passion and teamwork back into our work. Leadership isn’t just about what happens in meetings—it’s about building relationships and learning from each other, no matter the setting. Here’s to more wins on and off the field! 

Third Coast Super Holdings, LLC ("Third Coast") is pleased to announce that on September 25, 2024 its wholly-owned subsidiary, Third Coast Infrastructure, LLC, successfully raised $1.025 billion of debt capital financing, comprising a $925 million 6-year Term Loan B and $100 million 5-year Revolving Credit Facility. In connection with the transaction, the debt issuance was assigned a rating of BB+ by Standard & Poor's and Ba3 by Moody's. Proceeds from the Term Loan B were used to refinance Third Coast's existing credit facilities and pay a dividend to shareholders. The new debt capital structure leaves Third Coast well positioned to fund future growth opportunities.
