We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of Arcadia at Veranda Falls, a multifamily development in Port St. Lucie, FL. The apartment community will have 252 units with class-A finishes. The community will include a fitness center, access-controlled package room, work pods, co-workspace, community kitchenette, coffee/espresso bar, resort-style pool, hammocks, fire pit, outdoor grill/kitchen, dog park, pet spa, community lawn and electric vehicle chargers.   The site is located next to The Shoppes at Veranda Falls, which includes a Publix, Dunkin’, Anytime Fitness, nail salon and multiple restaurants. The site is next to Florida’s Turnpike, offering easy access to downtown Port St. Lucie, Stuart and Jupiter. We would like to thank Live Oak Contracting and Geheber Lewis Associates for all their hard work to get us to this point.

Third Lake Development (“TLV”) is excited to announce the groundbreaking of Centro Storage at Carolina Forest, located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Plans for the facility include 801 storage units and 10 boat/RV storage units. The site is located near a diverse array of housing, retail, restaurants and other attractions. Less than a mile from Highway 501, the site offers ease of access to Myrtle Beach, Coastal Carolina University and the surrounding area. There is an outlet mall, Publix and Kroger adjacent to the site and two large apartments complexes within a half mile. The 320-unit TLV apartment development, Arcadia at Carolina Forest, will deliver in 2025 directly adjacent to the storage facility. #development #myrtlebeach #selfstorage

Third Lake Development is excited to announce the closing of a 23.08-acre development site in Pensacola, FL. TLV intends to develop a 213-unit, 246,000+ square feet single-family rental community called Abrazo at Riverchase.   Abrazo at Riverchase will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The resort-style amenity package will include a clubhouse, pool, pickleball court, putting green, walking trails and multiple outdoor kitchens.   The site is located approximately 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach, 18 minutes from the Cordova Mall and 21 minutes from the Pensacola International Airport. The site is less than ten minutes to a Publix Super Market, Starbucks, Walgreens, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sonny’s BBQ and Jersey Mike’s Subs. The Navy Federal Employee Credit Union headquarters, a college-like campus with 8 state-of-the-art buildings housing cafeterias and coffee shops, fitness and wellness centers and a brand-new recreation facility with sports courts, athletic fields and a pavilion, is less than one mile from the site. With almost 10,000 employees (about two-fifths of all of Navy Federal’s employees worldwide), it is the largest private-sector employer in the region.

The community is located one mile from I-95, providing ease of access to West Palm Beach, Vero Beach, Melbourne and Port Canaveral.
