The Wharf Parcel 9 - DC, also known as Amaris, recently won the 'Best Multifamily High Rise' from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington for Excellence in Construction Award. Parcel 9 is an ultra-luxury condominium project that is part of Phase 2 of the Wharf. The unique form maximizes views with a stepped façade offering breathtaking views of the harbor and city. The mixed-use residential building features 22,550 square feet of Protected Membrane Roofing and 4,700 square feet of the Garden Roof Assembly.
