🚗💨 Revving up automotive development with four key metrics 💡 Traditional hardware-first approaches don’t cut it in today’s software-driven automotive industry. Agile engineering and continuous delivery are the way forward! Our latest blog breaks down why Change Lead Time, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, and Mean Time to Recovery are essential—even in hardware-constrained environments. 🔹 Iterate fast with quick feedback loops 🔹 Phase hardware testing from software-only to prototypes 🔹 Use "walking skeletons" & vertical slicing for early integration 🔹 Measure system performance for cohesive solutions 🔗 Read more from Folker Bernitt & Michael Lihs: https://ter.li/5agvpk

Inspiring insights from our CMO, Julie Woods-Moss, at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) International Women’s Day: Accelerate Action panel! 🚀 From championing bold leadership to fostering resilience, the discussion highlighted the role of AI, psychological safety and purpose-driven leadership in shaping inclusive workplaces. Julie’s impact framework—Expectation, Learning, Action—offers a simple yet powerful way for teams to continuously improve. What steps are you taking to drive inclusion and equity in your workplace? Let’s keep the conversation going! #IWD2025 #AWS #InclusiveLeadership #TechForGood
Incredible stories, bold ideas, and a shared commitment to progress! I was Honored to speak at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) International Women’s Day: Accelerate Action Customer & Partner Panel today, chaired by Tanuja Randery, alongside inspiring leaders Sarah Rovella (Aviva), Simon Farnsworth (ITV), Dame Julia Hoggett (LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), and Sinead Quinn (Ryanair - Europe's Favourite Airline). Key takeaways from the discussion: Invest in self-development – Sarah Rovella shared how Aviva is embracing AI to enable continuous learning Champion bold leadership – Simon Farnsworth highlighted the importance of seizing opportunities, even when they feel daunting. Taking the leap can open unexpected doors and drive meaningful change. Lead with purpose – Dame Julia Hoggett reinforced that purpose-driven organisations keep people engaged, and AI can free up junior talent to think and innovate. Build resilience – Sinead Quinn reminded us of the importance of breaks, time away, and support systems in fostering resilience. For me, psychological safety is key- "fail fast" doesn’t create it, but structured experiments with strong support do. Also, having a few trusted people to turn to on tough days at work makes a real difference in retention and growth. In this video, I share a simple yet powerful impact framework that I like to use— Expectation, Learning, Action—to help teams reflect and continuously improve. What actions are you taking to drive inclusion and equity in your workplace? Let’s keep the conversation going in the comments! #IWD2025 #AWS
