We created this new capability to see deep inside our own cloud environment, and we're excited to extend this one-stop-shop visibility to our customers, enabling them to assure their experience across every network.

On March 17, starting at around 18:30 UTC, ThousandEyes observed an incident impacting Workday users attempting to access the service. Throughout the incident, users received a Workday-generated “service unavailable” message, indicating a potential issue with the application backend. There were no network issues observed connecting to Workday’s frontend webservers during the disruption. The service appeared to recover by approximately 19:30 UTC.

On March 10, social media platform X experienced a series of five different disruptions of varying duration, rendering the service inaccessible to some users worldwide. The issues were first observed around 9:45 UTC and appeared to be resolved for most users by 18:15 UTC. During the disruptions, ThousandEyes observed network conditions that are characteristic of a DDoS attack, including significant traffic loss conditions which would have hindered users from reaching the application.
