    TAP-RACK-BANG The older I get the cooler I was! Today marks 8 years since I left the “cool guy” job and came to work for the most vulnerable of our society, our youth. This video was from the last instructor development we did at my old job. If you don’t work on shoot-move-communicate in muddy and rainy conditions, are you really challenging yourself? Nice work Scott Krzywonos. This was the first time I was able to train with my personal Benelli MR1; how about that “immediate action”!!! Getting old is an honor! Threat Response

    I’ve had the honor to be in front of thousands of K-12 students this year. Someone asked me today what are my top 3 things to share with our youth about prevention and readiness. 1. When reporting life safety concerns it’s not snitching, it’s possibly saving someone’s life. 2. Never give your security away to someone else, you are always part of it. 3. There are no perfect answers to an imperfect moment. Always look for options, never absolutes. If you could add to this list what would it be?
