We are a creative agency whose mission is to challenge common thinking so that we can build an uncommon future.

About us

ThreeSixtyEight is a modern creative agency that helps mission-driven brands accomplish their vision for an uncommon future. Our team of industry transplants and agency defectors works daily to deliver category-bending brand, web, and campaign experiences - always served with a side of southern charm. Since 2016, we’ve served more than 100 brands globally, including Unilever, Opportunity at Work, The Miami Dolphins, KIVA, Living Water International, and more. We’re fiercely ambitious, refreshingly collaborative, and surprisingly human. In fact, we’ve recently been recognized as an AdWeek Fastest Growing Agency and one of AdAge’s Best Places to Work. In the era of disposable content, our work creates lasting moments that matter by prioritizing interaction over interruption. You can see some of this award-winning work on our website or featured in the Webflow docuseries “Generation No-Code.” We also produce Assembly Required, a live event series that equips communities to create a better future through civic and business innovation. Recent honors for our team include: - AdAge's Best Places to Work 2024 - #50 on the 2020 Adweek Fastest Growing Agencies Award - Inc's Best Best Workplaces of 2020 - #1574 on 2020 Inc. 5000 - Business Report's Best Places to Work 2018, 2019, 2020

We partnered with Builders™ and launched a digital platform designed to educate and inform the public on their elected officials. Builders™ created the Power Rankings to illustrate what it looks like to speak and act like a Builder -- a flexible thinker and constructive problem solver who tries to advance the will of the people. It is designed to be a defensible and debatable tool to spark constructive conversation among Americans as they consider how the rhetoric and behavior of their elected officials impact our nation. This interactive platform is updated each week leveraging AI-powered data analysis.

We recently hosted LSU AdFed and we were able to shed light on agency life... While the intent was to nurture, inspire, and guide them... it gave us a moment to reflect on the things that creatives should consider when finding their first or next opportunity. Here are 3 things we talked about: Culture fit matters – Beyond getting along with your coworkers, aligning with a company’s values gives you purpose and enhances your work experience. Don’t wait, self-educate - Even while you are in school or looking for a job, don’t wait to start building your skills. Strive to grow socially, professionally, and personally—it will serve you well. Always be building – Whether it’s a project or a passion, it showcases your skills, drive, and values while adding to your portfolio or resume. It was a pleasure to have y’all and we’re wishing you the best in your unfolding journeys as creatives and people 💙 📷: Nam Nguyen

We found 3 things that make a workplace great. Hint: It’s beyond pizza parties, flexibility, and bonuses. They all start with a C. Commitment - the dedication to the quality of work and the growth of each other. Community - offering moments for connection across remote and in-person barriers. Connectedness - the work you do together (and with clients) is reflective of your mission and core values. These were the common themes we found when we asked our team to tell us why they voted us for Baton Rouge Business Report's Best Places to Work. A big thank you to the team members that make TSE such a special place to work ❤️🔥

70% of US employers report difficulty in filling roles, yet 45% of job postings still require a bachelor's degree. A new way to evaluate non-degree credential (NDC) quality is becoming essential for a new era of skills-first hiring. EQOS is answering this call by creating a universal, outcomes-based standard for evaluating the quality of NDCs. Our Account Manager, Taylor Fairbanks, dives into how this measurement will help workers choose the most beneficial credentials and enable employers to accurately assess the skills of potential hires. #thefutureoflearning #skillsfirst

Aligning an organization's brand, website, and story is no easy task. For EQOS, it was both a challenge and an opportunity. Hailey Rae Ware, our Senior Experience Strategist, shares the three principles that guided our thinking and approach. Our solution was to create a new visual identity and immersive web experience to elevate the organization's stories, tools, and resources. We couldn’t have brought this vision to life without our partners at JFF, The Burning Glass Institute, and the team at EQOS, along with talented specialists like Lucas Briffa, Alex Coven, and Jordan Gilroy. Education Quality Outcomes Standards (EQOS) is an independent non-profit organization pioneering a new way to measure the quality of non-degree credentials through proven outcomes. #skillsfirst #thefutureoflearning #uxuidesign #webdesign
