On #RareDiseaseDay, I am thinking about my mom who we lost to ALS... ...and the #400MillionPeople worldwide who live with a rare disease. It is inspiring to see the scale of therapeutic innovation targeted in rare diseases. Orphan drugs are now the fastest-growing segment of the pharma industry and dominate FDA approvals. Yet, there is still so much more work to be done.
