Meet Jaeyln Rose, a vital member of the Thrive team since last November. As a CBDS Job Coach, Jaeyln supports clients with intellectual and physical disabilities, helping them develop essential life skills and secure meaningful employment. Her work includes teaching cooking, job applications, and shopping, all aimed at fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. Jaeyln’s career in human services began in 2017, working with children in group homes and those with autism. Her dedication to the field is evident as she pursues a degree in human services. Originally from Cape Cod, her journey has taken her from Florida back to Massachusetts, enriching her expertise and commitment. One of Jaeyln’s greatest achievements is the strong relationships she’s built with her clients. Through her patience and adaptability, she has turned initial hesitation into positive engagement. His daily work revolves around coaching and supporting program members, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
