🚀 Let’s Talk Health - Free workshops to promote health and wellbeing Every Monday, we will be hosting “Let’s Talk Health,” a 90-minute (with tea/coffee breaks ☕) training for community workers and volunteers who regularly connect with Nottingham residents. Whether in person in the morning at community venues across Nottingham or virtually in the evening, these free sessions (with tea/coffee breaks ☕) are all about empowering you to help others. What’s covered? In these sessions, you’ll gain the skills to: 🟢 Identify “change talk” - those signals that someone may be ready to make a positive change. 🟢 Engage in meaningful conversations about lifestyle choices—like quitting smoking, managing weight, and increasing physical activity. 🟢Provide guidance on wellbeing concerns, from emotional health to support around gambling or alcohol use. 🌿 Sign up to join us here: https://lnkd.in/dq3JbcET #ThrivingNottingham #LetsTalkHealth #CommunityWellbeing #NottinghamEvents
