We have exciting news to share! We have received the Notice to Proceed for Applewood Towers 1 and 2 in Lawrenceville, GA. These two buildings consist of a total of 175 units and will undergo extensive interior and exterior renovations, along with the addition of a new Community Building. We are eager to work closely with our client, subcontractors, and partners to enhance the property and maintain The Highest Standards for the Applewood residents.
