𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗧𝗜 𝗙𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮, 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱   Today, we’re celebrating the fantastic work of our Human Resources team at the TI Wapienica plant in Poland, led by Beata Pyka.   Beeta and the rest of the HR team initiated a charity campaign supporting the Heart for the Little One Foundation for the second year in a row, raising funds for the treatment and rehabilitation of disabled children in the local community.   The campaign, divided into two stages, began with employees crafting handmade decorations which were entered into a competition, with colleagues voting for their favourites. The three winning pieces were recognized with special gifts, presented by Plant Manager, Magdalena Kolary-Pabich.   The decorations were then displayed in a charity fair with all proceeds going directly to the foundation. This year’s event was themed around spring and Easter decorations, with submissions featuring spring wreaths, Easter bunnies, and traditional Polish Easter eggs.   An amazing effort from the Wapienica team - thank you to everyone involved for making this initiative a success!

Earlier this year, our Product Management team delivered a series of comprehensive training sessions aimed at enhancing the knowledge and expertise of our global TIFS workforce.    Taking place from May to July, these sessions were tailored to meet varying levels of technical understanding, ensuring everyone could benefit.   Held at our state-of-the-art e-Mobility Innovation Center (eMIC) in Rastatt, Germany, the hands-on activities and in-depth discussions about the product lines brought together employees from South Korea, Japan, India, the U.S., France, and China.   A big thank you to our product experts for leading these sessions!   Read more about the training here: https://lnkd.in/eybhhUjA

Looking back at an incredible summer with our talented interns.   As students head back to school this week, we're reflecting on this year's summer intern program at some of our global locations.    From hands-on learning in lean production, project development and continuous improvement, to collaborating on exciting projects, our interns dove into every opportunity to grow and learn.   A highlight was the Intern Panel event at our corporate office, where our interns had the chance to engage with a group of former interns who are now full-time TI Fluid Systems employees, gaining invaluable insights.   We’re proud to offer a program that empowers the next generation of industry leaders through real-world experience and mentorship. We wish our 2024 interns success in their future careers!

Our global Diversity & Inclusion committee is committed to championing inclusivity across the business. As part of its efforts to do so, the committee recently worked with TIFS’s Women’s Empowerment Network to hold an Ally Workshop.   Feedback from the workshop was overwhelmingly positive. Simon Howell, our UK-based Director of Corporate Reporting, was so inspired by his experience that he was eager to discuss his thoughts on what he learnt. Check out Simon’s thoughts here: https://lnkd.in/dghj4Psq
