Honored to be chosen as the Associate Member of the Year by the Alabama Road Builders Association. It is our intention to serve the road builders we partner with at a high level, and this includes being an active participant in the association that does so much for the road building industry.

Friday was a great day for the Association as we celebrated a historic FY2024 and Brandon Owens’ year as President and kicked off FY2025 and Ricky Tant’s term. We were blessed to have legislative leadership from the Senate and House along with key ALDOT leadership from the ALDOT Central Office and all five Regions. Program included a report detailing the Association’s highlights, two of which are our 54% growth in membership and the celebratory announcement that Elliott Bulls is the first black male to serve on the ARBA Board of Directors, a message from Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth and his Senior Advisor Connie Rowe on the importance of transportation infrastructure to the state’s continued economic growth and workforce development efforts, and the announcement of Turner Insurance & Bonding Co as the Jim Webb Associate Member Meritorious Award winner. The luncheon concluded by installing the 43 members of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors with remarks by Brandon and Ricky.
