(Tier 1) is a Certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBENC), experienced in providing construction support services, engineering, design, and drafting services associated with the Power industry. Tier 1 is also a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). Currently, Tier 1 has more than 95 engineers, project managers, designers, drafters, and construction support personnel located in our East coast and Midwest office locations.
