Sunday is a great day for a Brain Dump! 🧠✨ Spend some time with pen and paper to empty your brain, in no particular order, of everything you know needs to get done this coming week. Don’t just purge to dos, worries and creative ideas are welcome too. Anything on your mind should be written down. After the dump, then you can organize everything. This exercise is great for people with ADHD, anxiety, or the Sunday scaries!

These kids are working twice as hard to meet the same expectations. Let's remember to be patient, offer support, and find strategies that work for them!
