Titomic’s new augmented reality solution, introduced at AUSA, is revolutionising how maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) is conducted across aerospace, defence, and oil & gas. By providing real-time digital guidance during cold spray repairs, the system ensures consistent, repeatable processes that are critical for achieving standardisation. This level of repeatability enhances quality assurance, enabling operators to capture accurate data, automate quality checks, and follow precise procedures every time. As a result, Titomic is not only bringing more systems to market but also delivering higher reliability and trust in our cold spray solutions for critical repair environments. This solution also plays a key role in training and certification, helping ensure that operators are equipped to perform repairs with precision. Watch the video to see how Titomic is setting a new standard for MRO with cold spray technology. #MRO #ColdSpray #MixedReality

Titomic has introduced a major advancement at AUSA: the first-ever Augmented Reality (AR) suite for the D523 cold spray system. The AR suite enables the standardization of repairs, to include landing gear and corrosion remediation, and ensures full traceability by logging maintenance records—critical for industries where safety and compliance are essential such as aerospace and defense. Using Microsoft HoloLens, this AR solution provides real-time system data, including temperature, system settings, and optimal nozzle range, ensuring repairs are precise, consistent and efficient. Titomic has set a new benchmark in cold spray technology, continuing its leadership as the world-leading provider of cold spray solutions. If you’re attending AUSA, visit us at the Australian booth #6013 to try the AR system yourself! #titomic #augmentedreality
