Meet Domenic Valway, a Civil Engineering student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, whose journey with us started in the Planning + Cost Engineering department. He started off with detailed takeoffs and subcontractor communications, setting the stage for projects like 1515 Commonwealth Ave. Today, he's on-site, witnessing firsthand the results of his efforts as the project gears toward completion. Domenic's experiences showcases the full lifecycle of a project - from estimating to execution - giving him a well-rounded perspective that very few get early on in their careers.
