Another humble brag about our talented Art Director, Kyle Rose! Kyle’s most recent exhibit, “Genre Deck,” takes classic playing card forms and mixes them with the visuals of four distinct pulp genres; he seeks to answer the question: what makes a specific genre visually identifiable? We’re so proud to have you on our team, Kyle!

What’s it like working in toddstreet’s creative team? Hopefully the graphic design students we hosted from Drexel University are slightly more enlightened after our open session last week! We had so much fun answering all their queries and sharing our thoughts on the industry plus some insight into the day-to-day workings of toddstreet design. It’s always so great to see, and hopefully inspire, the next graduating class of our graphic designer, Megan Santacroce’s alma mater.

As part of our toddstreet cares initiative, Mert Ozer, a YES program exchange student from Istanbul, and now an extended toddstreet family member, generously presented at our innovation meeting. Born blind, Mert demonstrated how AI technology enhances daily life for those living with challenging disabilities. His story is fascinating and provides incredible insight of which we plan to integrate into our learning and development initiatives. Mert is also a self-taught musician. We were absolutely blown away by his rendition of 'New York State of Mind'!

Last year we celebrated 35 years of helping businesses thrive. As our robust Q1 closes out, we’re excited about the growth we continue to experience and what it means for our partners and their businesses. While any agency can claim to provide creative solutions to meet its customers' initiatives, our ability to conceive and execute these intentional creative strategies — as true innovators — separates us from other agencies. Solutions that resonate and empower audiences, enabling our clients' businesses to thrive. Embracing change is built into our DNA, always exploring new ways of doing things, and ensuring everything is grounded in purpose. Trust, respect, integrity, and quality are, and always will be, the cornerstones of our company. Ultimately, it’s the people at toddstreet, our culture, and our dedication to our values that have made our past three decades so successful and what feeds our optimism for the future. We’re incredibly grateful to all the loyal clients we’ve worked with during that time, and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead and what we’ll accomplish together. #marketingcommunications #creativemarketing #companyculture #leadership #Learninganddevelopment #liveevents #NSM #presentation #communications #audienceengagement #toddstreet

As we wrap up Q1, here are some insights from our Account Director, Evan Street:
Director of Business Partnerships at toddstreet | Designing bespoke experiences: Corporate Meetings & Events | NSM & SKO Conferences | Leadership & Incentive trips
Q1 is the busiest time of the year at toddstreet. It's sales kickoff season, when organizations unveil their new strategies and dive into action with confidence. Over the past five weeks since January, my team and I have produced five consecutive shows, including a National Sales Meeting, Board Retreat, Leadership Meeting, Virtual SKO, and National Sales Training Meeting. Here's what resonated most with our audiences... Fostering company culture: Conferences play a role in strengthening an organization's internal culture and demonstrating the company's investment in its people. As an agency, it's crucial for us to grasp what contributes to cultivating an internal culture, not just a great event. This understanding enables us to design meetings in the most impactful manner by aligning with our clients' audience insights. Integrating the organization's message, values, and goals into every aspect of the experience is key. Often, it's the simplest details that yield the most significant impact. Engage the audience first: Conducting surveys and video submissions before an event is crucial for maximizing engagement. When the audience has a voice in the content being shared, they become more invested and attentive. By addressing their everyday challenges or interests, they are eager to pay attention and participate actively. Create the unexpected: Unless the attendees are new to the industry or company, they may feel jaded after going to so many conferences throughout their career. How do you break through this monotony and create a lasting impression? It's important to reimagine the agenda from previous years to keep things fresh. Perhaps implementing smaller meetups, providing opportunities for authentic engagement, or introduce a WOW moment by crafting an unexpected opening or closing. This could involve integrating inspiring entertainment or shifting the presentation beyond the confines of the ballroom. These are the instances that linger in attendees' memories. Dynamic presentations: Presentations can lose their appeal rapidly, but using cutting-edge technology, like a stunning curved LED screen, can make all the difference. We recently used a 50ft x 13ft LED Screen for a 100 person audience, which felt like an IMAX theater! It completely immersed the audience in the content. People could not stop talking about it! LED screens as the main scenic piece allows the presenter’s content to become the scenery versus a PowerPoint. Integrate captivating imagery, unique backgrounds, and lively animations to elevate any presentation instantly. Endless hours of dense content on slides are uninviting. Simplifying presentation slides enhances clarity, facilitating audience comprehension and retention. What have you found helpful and engaging from meetings you attended this year? #liveevents #NSM #conference #companyculture #leadership #traininganddevelopment #presentation #audienceengagement #salesmeeting
