TOGETHER! is a nonprofit organization with a mission to advance the health and well-being of all young people. We offer a unique mixture of direct service programming, to forward our vision that all young people are supported, healthy, safe and valued.
Our core values, equity, community, and systems change drive our work to create communities that center youth and families most impacted by systemic oppression. TOGETHER! has been awarded the YWCA of Olympia's Business of Achievement (2015) award for our work in the community and within our organization to support the advancement of women and families. Also in 2015 TOGETHER! earned a Wrokplace Excellence Award from Lacey South Sound Chamber, and our Executive Director Meagan Darrow was named Boss of the Year by Thurston County Chamber. In 2019, our Deputy and Executive Director (Meghan Sullivan, and Meagan Darrow) were named Distinguished Leaders by Leadership Thurston County. And in April 2021 Lacey South Sound Chamber named TOGETHER! Business of the Month.
