Today, we’re featuring Nicole Robinson, Landscape Administrator from our Toll Landscape division. Nicole and her family visited our Bella Collina guesthouse in Florida. “I have been with Toll Landscape for over 11 years, and this year, enjoyed the guesthouse in Bella Collina with 14 family members who came in from Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. The guesthouse exceeded our expectations. Upon entering, we were greeted by an amazing view of the pool and lake. The layout was open and spacious, and the kitchen was gorgeous and equipped with everything you could think of, including two dishwashers, which was amazing for a house of 14 people. The house even had surround sound throughout, so whether we were playing cards inside, enjoying the swimming pool, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, or playing cornhole, music was always playing. #EmployeeBenefits #IWorkForToll

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 to October 15. In celebration, the MOSAIC ERG asked Hispanic employees to share traditions related to their heritage. This week, we have Alejandro "Alex" Alvarez Alvarez, Sr. Purchasing Manager, Alpharetta, GA. “I was born and raised in Colombia, South America. Being Hispanic means belonging to a vibrant community spanning over 20 countries, all sharing Spanish, African, and Native American roots. While we share a common language and heritage, our cultural diversity is vast and influenced by unique regional traditions. What I admire most about the Hispanic community is our optimism and dedication to achieving our goals. I proudly consider myself an ambassador for Colombian and Hispanic culture. As a Colombian, I celebrate Día de la Raza, a holiday that commemorates both the discovery of America and the ethnic diversity of our country. We typically gather with friends and family to enjoy traditional Colombian dishes. We do this often, especially when the Colombia National Soccer team plays.” #EmployeeSpotlight #HispanicHeritageMonth #IWorkForToll

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 to October 15. In celebration, the MOSAIC ERG asked Hispanic employees to share traditions related to their heritages. This week, we have Mackenzie Ozuna, Sales Consultant, Caldwell, ID. “I am Mexican American. My great-grandma, grandma, and grandpa moved to Idaho after moving around Texas and Northern Mexico in the labor camps as migrant workers. My heritage brings me great pride and resilience, reminding me of the sacrifices and joys of those who came before me. For me, family is the most important part of my heritage, being with them as we celebrate our traditions, share stories, and support one another. It’s a source of strength and inspiration in my life. It’s very special to see how these things have evolved through the years and how they will continue to do so as my siblings and I carry on the next generation of our family. I celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by eating my grandma’s amazing home-cooked food, spending time with her and my “Wela” (my great grandma), and listening to their stories about their lives and about my grandpa, who passed away last fall." #EmployeeSpotlight #HispanicHeritageMonth #IWorkForToll

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 to October 15. In celebration, the MOSAIC ERG asked Hispanic employees to share traditions related to their heritage. This week, we have Manny Renteria, Sr. Construction Care Representative, Scottsdale, AZ. “Even though I was born in the great state of Arizona, I grew up with my parents in Durango, Mexico, from the age of one until I returned to the United States at about 15. During that time, it was amazing to grow up in the environment my parents did, and I am grateful for that because I got to learn so much about Hispanic culture. I spoke Spanish as my first language for many years, and thanks to that, I am now fluent in both Spanish and English. I’m super proud of my Hispanic Heritage, and I always get excited to teach my friends and colleagues about the great things our culture has to offer (especially regarding food 😉). My parents have always been hard-working people and taught me to be the same. They have taught me to always strive to be better in both my personal and professional life and to always be nice and help other people because there are opportunities for everyone. Life has not always been easy for me, and I know it hasn’t for many people, but I am a big believer in “when one door closes, a bigger one opens” and never giving up on my goals and dreams, and that mentality has taken me to where I am today.” #EmployeeSpotlight #HispanicHeritageMonth #IWorkForToll

This week, we are featuring Jose Antonio Ramirez, Assistant Construction Manager from the CA-South division, who has been with Toll Brothers for seven years. “I started my career in construction as a laborer working alongside my dad. Doing so allowed me to work with a Construction Manager and see firsthand how impactful his day-to-day was. The Construction Manager wasn't just building houses. He was building homes for people to start families and create memories. My dad always believed that I could reach that goal. Whenever I would ask him what it would take to get there someday, he would always tell me that it would be a lot of hard work and dedication but that I could achieve it if I set my mind to it. My biggest motivation has been showing my dad that his belief in me propelled me toward achieving my goals. It excites me to come to work every day, knowing that I'll be able to see and show others what my team and I accomplished in every community we were part of. It is rewarding to know that what once was an empty lot is now a community people can call home. Working at Toll Brothers has been a life-changing experience. Opportunities have been presented, and I feel rewarded for my hard work. I take pride in what I do and take every experience at Toll Brothers as an opportunity to learn and further develop my skills in the field. Upper management recognizes the value that everyone brings to the company, and to me, that goes a long way.” #EmployeeSpotlight #IWorkForToll

What makes Toll Brothers a great place to work is, without a doubt, our employees. To acknowledge those who have contributed so much to our success, we give eligible employees a company-paid trip (and vacation time) when they reach their 10, 20, 30, and 40-year anniversary. Tina Pasquali , Bookkeeper in Accounting, recently celebrated her 10-year milestone trip with her family to Cape Coral, Florida. “My family and I went to Cape Coral, Florida, with friends, and we all had an amazing time. We did a lot in the week, including learning how Wicked Rum was made, visiting a couple of different beaches, and going on a fan boat where we saw alligators. We even saw some alligators while playing miniature golf and got to feed them. Our favorite memory was going on a sunset cruise and seeing dolphins swimming. My favorite thing about working for Toll Brothers is all the amazing people I work with and the perks we get. It’s such a great company!” #EmployeeBenefits #EmployeeAppreciation #EmployeeRecognition #IWorkForToll
