Too Sweet Cakes is a boutique bakery founded in 2016, with our first location opening in 2018 in beautiful Bend, Oregon. After two wonderful years serving the Bend community, we expanded with a second location in Lake Oswego, Oregon. When Shelbi was seven years old, she started drawing pictures and writing recipes—early sparks of creativity that helped shape the vision for Too Sweet Cakes. Through years of hard work, culinary school, and incredible opportunities in the industry, Shelbi set out on an adventure she’s pursued relentlessly ever since. Too Sweet Cakes first launched by selling sweet treats to local coffee shops, restaurants, and food carts. Just three years later, our products could be found in over 60 locations across Oregon—and that was only the beginning. Today, we’re beyond excited to announce that our newest chapter has officially begun, with our stores now open in Gilbert, Arizona! We can’t wait to bring our signature cakes and pastries to this vibrant community. At Too Sweet Cakes, we believe every occasion is worth celebrating, and sweet treats are one of the best ways to bring people together and put smiles on their faces. We've been so blessed to share our love for creating delicious baked goods, and we feel called to share these gifts with others. Our mission is simple: to love people well through pastries.
