Celebrating teamwork, one grill at a time! Yesterday in York, PA, our leadership team took to the grill, serving up delicious burgers and hotdogs for all three shifts! The day was filled with fun, games, and great music, courtesy of our own Ryan Myers from sales, who kept the energy high as our DJ. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, unwind, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime together!

Our friends at Pelican's SnoBalls USA brought cool treats to our Global Headquarters in Garner, N.C., while Sarah's Creamery Ice Cream Truck delighted our Sigma Engineered Solutions: Tooling Dynamics team with their delicious ice cream. The excitement was palpable as everyone enjoyed these refreshing delights!
Play Ball! Our leadership team had an incredible day combining work and play on Friday. Before the Harrisburg Senators game, we gathered for a productive meeting to strategize and plan for the remainder of the year. We look forward to putting our plan in place and finishing the year strong!
Over the past 24 hours, we welcomed Lancaster Burger Company to York, and while they fed our team members across three shifts, we rolled out new branding! Bringing in the colors of Sigma Engineered Solutions into our logo, this branding change is the first step in many, which include new paint throughout the building, new SWAG for team members, and SWAG for potential new team members when recruiting to name a few!

Today, we are excited to announce the launch of our renewed Vision, Mission, & Values for Sigma Engineered Solutions. “In a dynamic world, it’s crucial to evolve, and our updated guiding principles reflect our commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence. Along with these, we have enhanced the strategies for our Castings and Connectivity businesses to bring to life our aspiration to be the preferred partner for product solutions that create value for our customers,” Bradley Ward, President and CEO, stated.
