Top Shelf Painting was started by Peter Rinaldi back in 1998. Peter had started working for a painting company in high school and thought “I can give customers a better experience and better quality than this” and started Top Shelf Painting. Back then he was a one man crew. By concentrating on quality work and fair pricing Top Shelf has grown to become one of the largest, most trustworthy painting companies in Macomb and Oakland Counties.
