We believe that every child deserves more than a coach, they deserve a mentor and a role model. Top Tier was created to do just that. We have partnered with current student athletes passionate about inspiring the next generation of athletes. Our coaches are All-Americans, national champions or even olympic contenders and we can't think of anyone better to learn from.

    Wow! We have officially taken our first steps in a new location and couldn't be happier for it to be Chicago. Our first coaches are exceptional. They have been part of NCAA March Madness Tournaments, ranked 5th in the country, team captains, Gatorade players of the year and more. Most importantly, they are giving back to their community that supports them through coaching. They are excited about inspiring self confidence through sports and helping the future generation of athletes achieve their dreams. They joined a select group of 300 college and graduate students from across the country to learn about the incredible tech ecosystem Chicago boasts and how we are still building it to even greater heights!
