This is based on my having been trained as a Certified Content Planner, which uses a specific process to create the right content that will grow the connection and trust with your buying audience.
Here is an outline of the step-by-step process.
Step 1 - Clarifying The High Value Problem
A high value problem is one that is directly relevant to your target buyers. The reason we say it is a high value problem is because we verify using data that enough people are searching for it every month. That means there is demand, and we need to build a bridge to your product offer.
Step 2 - Campaign Focus
Now that we know there is a specific problem that people are searching for, I will setup a content marketing campaign which will include the pages that generate sales or leads on the website for this specific problem.
Step 3 - Keyword Ideas
In this step, I will work with my research team and the data analysis platform to research a wide range of possible keywords. Each keyword will be reviewed for Search Volume, Current Content on our Website, and Content Gap with Competitors.
Step 4 - Content Plan Approval
Then we will go over the plan together, and you will have a chance to approve the keywords or ask for changes.
Step 5 - Writing & Measuring
With a clear content plan in place, I will be doing the writing for you every month using a tool called the SEO Article Writing Brief. This means the article length and related topics will be guided based on real data.
