TWE's demo experts are wrapping up work on the McKee Run Generating Station, a former 136-megawatt power plant owned by the City of Dover. This was a serious behemoth of a job. The sprawling plant housed a huge variety of structures, including boilers, stacks, support buildings, cooling towers, and other ancillary equipment spread over approximately 23.5 acres and was a significant contributor to the regional electric grid, especially during peak summer months. #PowerPlantDemolition #PowerPlant #IndustrialDemolition #Remediation #Demolition #TotalWrecking
