  • 🗣️ Parents, it’s crucial to have open conversations with your children about substance use! Start early and keep the dialogue going. Encourage them to ask questions, express their feelings, and share their experiences. By creating space for discussion, you empower them to make informed choices. Let’s break the stigma and equip our kids with the tools they need to say no to substances. Together, we can make a difference! #SubstanceUsePreventionMonth

  • September is Suicide Prevention Month. At Touchstone, we want to shine a light on the importance of mental health and the critical need for support and understanding. Suicide is a serious issue, but with awareness and resources, you can make a difference. By talking openly about mental health, we break down barriers and encourage those struggling to seek help. How You Can Help: Reach Out: If you or someone you know is struggling, don't hesitate to reach out for support. The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be used for any crisis to help you or someone you know. Educate Yourself: Understanding the signs of mental health concerns can empower you to offer support to those in need. Be Supportive: Sometimes just letting someone know you are available to talk or a simple "I'm here for you" can make a world of difference. Help Is Available: If you or someone you know is in crisis, please call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Together, we can help suicide prevention efforts and show support. Stay tuned for more information and resources throughout September. #SuicidePreventionMonth #MentalHealthAwareness #EndTheStigma
