We are excited to now offer VA Buydown Programs, giving VA customers more flexible options! Details: 🔑 Towne Mortgage Company offers temporary buydowns as an option for customers who may benefit from a reduced monthly mortgage payment. 🔑 The Seller or specific third parties agree to pay a lump sum towards the mortgage transaction to reduce the customers interest rate for the first 2 or 3 years of the loan. 🔑 The temporary buydown creates an escrow account funded by the seller or third party that is then used to subsidize the monthly principal and interest payment during the buydown period. Let’s look at how we can help more of your VA customers! ******************************************* Temporary buydown only available on principal or second home purchase transactions with a 30-year fixed rate loan term. Borrower must be qualified on the Note Rate without consideration of the bought down interest rate. Temporary buydown must not exceed the applicable agency interested party contribution limit. Buydown cash deposit can only be paid by the seller or an interested third party to the transaction. Temporary buydown subsidy covers principal and interest payment only. Buydown funds are not refundable. 

We are thrilled to announce that a dedicated group of Towne Mortgage volunteers has wrapped up another amazing day in the field with Forgotten Harvest! This incredible team worked tirelessly weeding peppers, picking zucchini and watermelon, all in the spirit of fighting hunger and providing fresh produce to those in need.   Their hard work and dedication paid off, resulting in a whopping 5,775 pounds of food harvested! This massive haul will go a long way in helping us support our community and ensure that nutritious food reaches the tables of families who need it most. As a note, 1 pound = 1 meal!   A huge thank you to everyone who participated — you’ve truly made a difference. Let’s keep the momentum going and continue to make a positive impact together!
