Today, we published our third annual report, "Spotlight on the Dual Eligible Landscape", which highlights Cityblock’s integrated care model and our ability to build strong, trusting relationships with members who are navigating the complexities of both Medicare and Medicaid benefits. The dually eligible population is continuously growing and is estimated to reach 15 million beneficiaries by 2030. This report highlights the intricacies of navigating two separate health plans, how policy is shifting to help simplify the complexities for dually eligible members, and Cityblock’s approach to engaging this traditionally hard-to-reach population.
