    Earlier this month, we were excited to host Harvard University Professor Dr. Mahzarin Banaji once again, as part of our continued Learning & Engagement programming for our people. Dr. Banaji shared lessons from her decades of scientific research on how to help overcome “implicit bias” – a term she helped coin in the early 1990s – and the surprising ways it can impact the workplace.
