A green, social supply chain recognizing environmental, labour law etc. provable in unique way ensure sustainability of European Products. The utilization of #QEAA, organizational identities #ODI & wallets acc. #eIDAS ensure legal trust and high-scaling use cases within the #eIDAS ecosystem. By recording any step into the (qualified) ledger and making evident each part of the battery of your electric car using #QEAA achieves unique property: Evidence for authenticity and sustainable product. Could be USP for European Economy. Exactly the #DigitalProductPassport for BEV is piloted by TRACE4EU Consortium on European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) ensures evidence for supply chain and authenticity/Proof of Origin or product in one solutions through combination of Identity (#QEAA, #ODI) and supply chain (recording on ledger). As ledger is recognized by #eIDAS also legal trust on infrastructure #DLT #Blockchain ensured. The pilot collaborates with Catena-X so that results reuseable in industry accross Europe. The tracking within an immutable trustworthy infrastructure such as European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) with its governmental trust anchor per default and the related identity information about owner and properties of products ensure an easy, efficient and compliant solution. TRACE4EU Consortium lead pilots digital supply chain and how to fulfil European Regulation easily by example e.g. Agrifood. How to implement EU regulation on supply chain and digital product passes efficiently? How to combine the evidence for the correctness of process, product and responsible party in the supply chain? Exactly this TRACE4EU Consortium pilots on the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) Using #DLT for the immutable evidence for correctness of process and attestations + organizational identities #eIDAS for product and company - we ensure the fulfilment of European regulation efficiently. The link is done using DID:EBSI. As Ledger is part of #eIDAS the legal trust is already there. The colleagues from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) together with Norwegian Government Authorities and other partners pilot this by example for Seafood. How can European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) support the fulfilment of new EU Directive on Supply Chain with Product Traceability through Digital Product Passport? How can we combine trustworthy digital identities #eIDAS with comprehensible and so legally compliant transactions on chain so e.g. ownership & trade of movable/immovable assets or intellectual property? and last but not least: Why Europe needs an infrastructure with inherent governmental trust anchor for #eIDAS. On 07.05.2024 European Projects have shown the capability of Member State driven infrastructure at European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI) Ecosystem Day - the presentations are online now. From Wallet to QEAA and other trust services, from supply chain to protection of intellectual property, digital product passport, ODI, Business Registries or Tokenization, - with EBSI the combination of digital identities and transactions in one infrastructure possible, with governmental trust anchor per default - advantages which are currrently not possible with other comparable infrastructures within the #eIDAS Ecosystem. Not to forget Blockchain Sandbox on regulatory questions.
