Meet Ashley Melton, Traditions' Featured Employee of the Month! Ashley was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio's state capital and home to Ohio State University, one of the largest college campuses in the country. She is a home health aide for Traditions of Columbus. Although she has held this position for only four (4) months, she has had a significant impact on the residents and the community's culture. "We nominated Ashley as Traditions' Featured Employee of the Month because she is so genuine and kind to everyone around her," said Stacey Gallardo, Traditions of Columbus' Executive Director. "She always has a huge smile and brings a sense of warmth to our community.
