“Keep it fun” is one of our core values, and we live by it! After our recent leadership and management offsites in Poland, we put this value into action with a pierogi-making team-building workshop. It was the perfect way to step away from strategy sessions, build connections in a different setting, and, most importantly, have fun together. Moments like these remind us that teamwork extends beyond meetings and goals—it’s about connecting, sharing experiences, enjoying the journey, and some delicious homemade pierogi along the way. 🥟 #TeamBuilding #Leadership #Offsite #Culture
