Last week, we celebrated Construction Inclusion Week by creating a digital heritage map. Each point represents the diverse backgrounds of our team members, highlighting where they’re from, where they live, and their family roots. These stories remind us that our industry's strength is derived from the unique perspectives and experiences that shape it. #ConstructionInclusionWeek #CIW2024

A construction partnership like no other — above ground or below, on land or in water.
About us
The Traylor Construction Group (TCG) is a team of six individual companies with the same focus: to partner with clients to provide solutions and achieve goals. Formed in 2019, TCG joins Traylor Bros., Inc.; Ballard Marine Construction; Sterling Industrial; Traylor Industrial; Triad Fabricators; and Onyett Fabricators to provide turnkey services in the heavy civil, mechanical, industrial, marine, underground, and fabrication markets. TCG’s unique set of services can be utilized individually, in small teams, or in total. Each TCG company maintains its own specialty services, management, teams, and brand. However, the companies work closely together. Therefore, clients’ access to the resources of the entire family of companies is always open and available. TCG is committed to being a dedicated partner at any or every stage of a project.

𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗧𝗖𝗚 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 Our Bridges to Prosperity team, originally set to travel to Rwanda at the beginning of October to build the Akabogobogo Bridge, has postponed the trip to next year. This decision was made due to travel disruptions from Hurricane Helene and concerns over potential exposure to a recent Marburg Virus outbreak. All donations will carry over to support the new build date. We remain driven to return to Rwanda and complete this important project. Thank you for your continued support.

Sparking Inspiration at Kids Construction Day Camp Team members from Sterling Industrial and Traylor Bros., Inc. recently participated in the first Kids Construction Day Camp at Kinross Recreation Center in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Alongside fellow industry leaders Kokosing, Alberici Constructors, and Traylor Construction Group, our teams provided local students with hands-on insights into the world of electrical construction. This initiative not only showcased our team’s electrical construction knowledge, but also provided a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation and support the communities where we work. #IBEWLocal906 #JRankElectric
