Trehel is pleased to spearhead a large expansion and renovation project at the Autokiniton manufacturing plant in Fountain Inn, working on behalf of the facility's owner, STAG Industrial. Autokiniton, the sole tenant of this property since 2016, is the leading supplier of floor pans to the BMW Manufacturing plant in Spartanburg, which produces approximately 2,100 of these parts daily. Facility enhancements include 40,000 SF of storage space incorporating precast exterior panels with a structural steel framework, which will make room for a new production line to support BMW’s newest EV models. The project will also feature an enlarged 14,000 SF Tool and Die storage area; heavy-duty paving to extend the trailer parking lot for just-in-time deliveries; and the addition of a first aid room within the warehouse. The new Die Storage area will include secondary steel to elongate the runways for two 30-metric-ton bridge cranes, an Early Suppression Fast Response sprinkler system, air conditioning, and standard manufacturing electrical services. Stay tuned for updates as we look toward completing the warehouse in December and the remaining project scope in early 2025! #trehel #commercialconstruction #autokiniton #bmwmanufacturing Additional Partners: • Architect: KEEL Concepts • Structural Engineer: Arrowood & Arrowood • Civil Engineer: BlueWATER Civil Design • MEP Design: Waldrop Heating and Air, Walker & Whiteside Electric

On Friday, October 25, the Trehel team sponsored and participated in the annual clay shoot benefiting Tri-County Young Life. The proceeds from this event go directly to funding Tri-County Young Life's impactful programs and ministry efforts. Young Life’s mission is especially meaningful to us, as our CEO, Will Huss, was one of the early Young Life leaders in the Tri-County Area. Every year, Young Life hosts the event, creating a fresh, new course to challenge our marksmanship. This year, our winning Trehel team members were Zach Bruce, Gray Haynes, Dale Nalley, and Adam Owens, with an impressive score of 71 out of 75! Trehel had the privilege to serve as the general contractor for Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services' new facility in Seneca. During a special ribbon cutting held October 18, the building was dedicated to the current executive director, Karen Beck, who has served the organization for more than 25 years. The new Karen B. Beck Center stands as a beacon of hope for those in need of its services. The project's vision had been a dream of the staff and board of directors for Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services over a decade, and the Trehel and RSCT Architecture & Design project team was honored to make it a reality for this vital community organization. The 9,500-square-foot facility is designed with features to create a “home” environment. With its warm colors and textures, the facility provides a place of comfort for individuals receiving treatment for addictions. Trehel extends its heartfelt prayers and support to the people and communities impacted by Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Still, as we continue to reflect on these tragedies, it's comforting to see our communities come together. Here's a list of just a few organizations to consider donating to as individuals and families in Upstate SC and Western NC continue to need support: @unitedministriessc: Consider donating to support families in crisis; donating food and essential items; or hosting your own food and supply drive. @miraclehillministries: Donating canned goods, fresh meats and dairy products, in addition to considering monetary donations. @thebloodconnection: Donating platelets or whole blood to a local office location or supporting other local blood drives. @peacecenter: Dropping off canned goods to help restock local food pantries on weekdays at the Peace Center Concert Hall lobby from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. Patrons attending upcoming shows are also encouraged to bring a donation item. #trehel #unitedministriessc #miraclehillministries #thebloodconnection #thepeacecenter #hurricanehelenerelief #hurricanemiltonrelief
