Tremendous automatically translates about 50K rewards per month into different languages. We used to use Google Translate as our translation engine. But there were issues. Google Translate struggled to understand context, so sometimes people received messages that essentially amounted to gibberish in their native language. We had to change that. So we built a custom translation engine on top of GPT-4 that processes context. It worked incredibly well. Now, we can translate any message into any language with reliable accuracy. Check out the full article for more details on how it works.

We were a big hit at the SHRM Annual Conference this year thanks to Crumbl. We're not big fans of handing out swag at conferences. So we decided to go with something just about everybody loves: Crumbl cookies. If you're heading to a conference or a trade show and want to attract tons of foot traffic to your booth, consider Crumbl. The unmistakeable pink box is an attention-grabber. And we all know that even when you're not hungry, you can make room for dessert.

"Adding Tremendous has been a game changer for us. It was probably the biggest win of the year last year," Ben Larkins, Chief Technology Officer at Snagshout. Snagshout is a social deals platform that offers users cashback, rebates, coupons, and discounts on products sold on Amazon. Sending users their rewards quickly is core to Snagshout's business. But when they used PayPal to do it, they ran into issues all the time. “With PayPal, we would have issues where the payout would fail. And we wouldn’t get a reason," said Ben. "Then, we’d have customers reaching out asking where their payout was.” So Ben and his team decided to build an integration with Tremendous instead. It was way better for users, because they could redeem their payout in whatever form they wanted. Venmo, PayPal, Amazon gift cards, and on and on. But it also made life a lot easier for Ben. He could offer users over 2,000 redemption options without having to build dozens of integrations. And he could automate payouts at scale via a simple API. Our API is simple to set up, and easy to maintain. So Ben saved hours of time on troubleshooting and debugging. “We have had zero issues since switching to Tremendous.” Check out the full story below.

If you're running a sale or any other kind of promotion, there's a simple way to see a massive boost in engagement. Gamify it. We talked to Damian Dutton at BeeLiked, a gamification platform built for marketers. He shared the real ROI of gamification. It's significant. Gamification can increase conversion rates by 10x. There are hundreds of ways to do it. Hide the promotion behind a 'spin the wheel' challenge, or a 'mystery box' graphic, or a digital scratch ticket. It doesn't matter what kind of game you choose. Research shows that people can't resist a game of chance, a little mystery, or a contest. Check out our chat with Damian below for a look at how real companies are using gamification in their marketing campaigns.

A ton of companies are offering prospects gift cards if they book a demo. But does that actually work? We tested it. We offered prospects different denominations - some were offered a $50 incentive, some a $100 incentive, and some a $105 incentive. The results were suprising. Offering any gift card to prospects, regardless of how much they were worth, improved lead quality significantly. Cost-per-lead went down by a whopping 81%. Incentives more than doubled response rates. And most importantly: incentives boosted LinkedIn form submissions by an average of 118%. We saw this positive effect across the board. It didn't matter whether we offered $50 or $100. So, if you're not already offering incentives to prospects who book demos, it's time to hop on the bandwagon. In our experience, it's a good strategy that delivers real results.

Fraud in the class action space has reached catastrophic new heights. In a new article, Tremendous CEO Nick Baum delves into how fraud has evolved from the small-scale grifts of the past to the large-scale, organized cybercrime attacks we're seeing today. Advanced crime rings stand to make millions of dollars off class action cases. Manually trying to discern who is a legitimate claimant and who is a bad actor is a nightmare for legal administrators. But there is a way legal administrators can put an end to it. Read the article for a look into our new solution.
