One of the newer members of our Salem program, Dolly comes to programming three days a week and spends the other two days working at TJ Maxx, where she has been employed for six months! Now that she is an adult, Triangle has helped her learn internet safety skills and how to better navigate new parts of her life. But she lives for being social. “I love going out into the community for outings – especially when we go out to lunch as a group and we make friends.”

Since 1971, Triangle has empowered people with disabilities and their families, growing from a neighborhood nonprofit to a statewide leader of innovative services. We provide individualized employment, residential, health and life development opportunities that help people lead rich and fulfilling lives. Many of Triangle’s cutting-edge services such as TAPS (formerly IMPACT:Ability) and School-to-Career have received national awards and serve as models for other organizations. We continue to move forward through a new community-based day program and our international growth with the Accessible Icon Project, a transformation of the International Symbol of Access.

Empowering People for Inclusive Communities (EPIC) is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments through leadership development and community service. Its flagship program is called Service Warriors, which runs two cohorts in Worcester and Boston. This program engages young adults with disabilities, empowering them to address community needs through collaborative projects.
