Meet Maddie Evers, a dedicated team member at TriArc who has been with us for close to one year. Maddie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA, and joined TriArc in December 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator. Since then, her role has expanded and she recently started working with our Operations team, assisting with bid collection for estimates and supporting our Assistant Project Manager as needed. Maddie is always ready to jump in and help wherever she's needed, and she plays a vital role to the TriArc team. What stands out most to Maddie about her time at TriArc is the opportunity she has embraced to learn and grow. Since joining, she has worked within every department, gaining valuable experience and knowledge about the construction process. Coming into the construction industry with no prior experience, Maddie had to start from scratch, but her dedication and eagerness to learn have been truly impressive. Working in the construction field means no two days are the same, and she loves that it keeps her on her toes and makes every day exciting!

Construction Update: We're thrilled to share a progress update on Anjuman-e-Najmi’s new primary/secondary school located in Irving, TX. The pictures below showcase the steady construction progress made since the July construction start, just a few short months ago. Designed by MnKhan Architects, the school will feature exquisite interior work, including decorative motifs, trims, and lighting, alongside an interior courtyard that will provide a unique learning environment for students. Project Update: ICI Mixed-Use/Multifamily Development We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Irving ICI Mixed-Use Project, a ground-up development scheduled for completion in 2025. Designed by MnKhan Architects, this ground-up project will feature retail space on the first floor and 28 modern apartment units on the two upper floors. North Garland Ribbon Cutting! ✂️ We are thrilled to share the successful completion of our latest project—a comprehensive exterior renovation of the North Garland strip mall, including a facelift for the local library. Project Highlights: - Extensive exterior work, including stamped concrete, a new RoofScreen with prominent signage, and a new monument façade including Nichiha paneling. - A complete rework of the parking lot and a full repaint of the entire building. - Unique additions such as custom column wraps and upgraded light fixtures. Beyond the core construction elements, this project brings some unique personality to the local community by way of the murals painted by the Texas-based, multidisciplinary artist Alannah Tiller. Along with members of the City Council and City government, we were proud to officially unveil these upgrades which will better serve the surrounding community.
