The Visit Tri-Cities 55th Annual Meeting & Tourism Showcase is coming up November 7 at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick! Prepare to be inspired and ‘Discover What’s in You’ – as this year is so thoughtfully themed.   This year, we will have five incredible panelists joining us to delve into what inspires you & how you can unlock more potential within your community.   We will also be announcing the election of our new board members, the highly esteemed ‘Excellence in Service Award’, 2024 Tourism Highlights as well as a Tourism Showcase - featuring displays of tourism-related businesses such as hotels, wineries, museums, and attractions. During the showcase, we will be offering heavy hors d’oeuvres and a variety of local wines. Mark the date for our 55th Annual Meeting & Tourism Showcase on November 7th at the Three Rivers Convention Center! This year will be an inspiring journey as we uncover the potential within our community. We’ll hear from the Discover What’s in You panel, learn about the role tourism plays, and celebrate the announcement of the 2024 tourism award winners. Immediately following the presentation, attendees are encouraged to visit the Tourism Showcase, featuring displays of tourism-related businesses such as hotels, wineries, museums, and attractions. The Tri-Cities Tap Trail is officially live! 20 breweries, ciders, and taproom locations are participating in this joint effort to raise awareness and visibility for our local beers, ciders, and taprooms! Each participating location has a plexi stand with free Tap Trail maps. Purchase something at each participating location (pint, food, or NA beverage) and receive a sticker. Once you have collected all 20 stickers, snap a picture of your completed map and email it to tricitiestaptrail@gmail.com to be entered into a drawing for an amazing prize! Here’s to our incredible IRONMAN 70.3 volunteers!! 🥳 We are so grateful to each and every person that filled a total of 1300 stations throughout the course of this race! Whether that was out in the water with the athletes, supporting them in transitions, or out on the streets helping direct traffic - we couldn’t have done any of this without you! Volunteers are truly the lifeblood of something of this magnitude, and we’re incredibly grateful for all your hard work and support to see this race through to the end. Your generosity and dedication were amazing, and we appreciate you!!

Reliving the excitement of IRONMAN 70.3 race day!! It was an incredible inspiration to watch these athletes push the boundaries of their limits and to see what they were capable of achieving. It was such an honor for us to host this memorable weekend - we will never forget it!

It’s almost time for the big IRONMAN 70.3 race on Sunday! 🥳 We have a full weekend of activities to get you geared up for the big day! 🎉 Friday, 9/20: Volunteer & Community Welcome Party Join us for a Volunteer & Community Welcome Party at the IRONMAN Village at Columbia Point Marina Park tomorrow from 5p – 7p! Everyone is welcome and volunteers who check-in at the Visit Tri-Cities table will receive a ticket for a free meal! The volunteer food will be provided by Tumbleweeds and Food Dude and covered with appreciation by Visit Tri-Cities. This event is open to the community as well! Come make signs for race day, get acquainted with IRONMAN, and enjoy the vendors and booths! 🏃Saturday, 9/21 IRONKIDS Race IRONKIDS events offer youth who are under one to 17 years old to experience the excitement of competition at Columbia Point Park while enjoying the outdoors and promoting healthy living!
