    We are Hiring for US IT Recruiter *Apply only if you are not a Bench Sales Recruiter* Job Title : US IT Recruiter Location : Fully Remote (Night shift - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST) Experience : 6 months - 1 year in US based staffing, Type : Fulltime/Permanent Position Overview : We are actively seeking high-performing, smart, energetic and career-minded individuals with exceptional communication skills to join our US Staffing operations in India. In this role, you will perform full cycle recruitment on IT roles. Our clients in the US come from a variety of industries, mid to large sized including Fortune 500 corporations and are spread across all time zones of the US. Successful candidates will show flexibility and desire to learn about the clients and be ready to put in that extra effort when needed to recruit on fast moving positions. SPECIAL NOTE : Only candidates who have prior experience in C2C and W2 hiring should apply. Required Skills & Description : 1. Min 1 Years Max 2 years of experience in US IT staffing. 2. Proficiency in hiring on C2C and W2 roles is required. 3. Experience in recruiting on fast moving roles is required. 4. Experience with various job boards: LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed along with existing candidate relationships and referrals. 5. Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Ceipal, Job Diva, Oorwin etc. 6. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation etc. 7. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position. Soft Skills : 1. Must possess a positive energetic attitude with excellent communication skills. 2. Must be able to engage closely with Team Lead and Recruiting Manager while sourcing on high volume positions. 3. Must be very detail oriented and be proactive in candidate communications. 4. Must be flexible in timings to accommodate the recruiting demands from clients. 5. Be available to work on weekends if needed to fulfill heavy recruiting demands. Compensation : * Salary - Upto 30k * Attractive Incentive Policy – high performance is aptly rewarded through a participatory model. Perks and Benefits : 1. Health Insurance 2.
