Leanne Caret is a veteran CEO, Fortune 100 director, and advisor on building high-performing organizations and transforming industries via technology. A visionary leader with over 35 years of experience, Caret has defied gravity not only in the aerospace industry, but also in her approach to leadership. As the first woman to lead a major business unit at The Boeing Company, she shattered glass ceilings while spearheading Boeing Defense, Space & Security as President and CEO until 2022. Beyond her groundbreaking achievements, Caret is renowned for her unique leadership philosophy. She champions "The 4 G's": Grit, Gumption, Grace, and Gratitude, empowering teams to overcome challenges, embrace innovation, and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of technology. She actively serves on the public boards of Deere & Company, and RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies) and serves as the Chair of the Audit Committees for both companies. She serves as an advisor to Blackstone supporting portfolio companies and MyNextSeason where she coaches and advises C-suite leadership. Caret's dedication extends beyond corporate walls. She serves on the boards for Kansas State University Foundation, and the USO, guiding these organizations with her extensive expertise and strategic vision. Her illustrious career has been marked by numerous accolades. Recognized for her contributions, Caret was included in Fortune's Most Powerful Women list for five consecutive years. Additionally, she holds prestigious fellowships from the Royal Aeronautical Society and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and her commitment to mentorship is evident through her Executive-In-Residence positions at Kansas State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, inspiring and shaping the next generation of leaders.

We are thrilled to welcome new members in the North American Group of the Trilateral Commission. Please join us in welcoming George Logothetis of Libra Group! George Logothetis is the Executive Chairman of Libra Group, a privately owned, global business group with assets and operations in nearly 60 countries. He is based in New York City. At 19, George became CEO of his family’s company, Lomar Shipping, which had three vessels at that time. The shipping business was grown into a more modern and diversified 55-vessel fleet over the next 10 years. In 2003, George founded Libra Group at the age of 28. Today, Libra Group encompasses 20 businesses predominately focused on aerospace, renewable energy, maritime, real estate, hospitality, and diversified investments. George is also the Chairman of the Group’s sister organization Libra Philanthropies, an independent 501(c)(3) that includes 10 philanthropic initiatives. Previously known as Libra Social Responsibility, Libra Philanthropies’ initiatives include social impact programs, strategic giving, and independent non-profits supporting over 25 million people around the world. George is Co-Chairman of the Leadership Council of Concordia, a member of the Board of Directors of President Barack Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) Alliance, a Global Advisory Council Member of the Wilson Center, a member of the American Democracy Month Council’s Board of Directors, and an Advisory Board Member of the Genius 100 Foundation. In 2013, George and Nitzia Logothetis founded the Seleni Institute, an independently run clinic and nonprofit supporting individuals and their families’ mental and emotional health during the family-building years.
