About us

The most savvy business professionals hire a Talent Agent who can advance one's career. Think of this company sort of like a sports agent for a star baseball player. We handle that player’s business affairs, relationships, networking habits and skills, personal selling and closing, pitching ideas and proposals, job searching, re-skilling, career re-invention, contract negotiations, image, branding initiatives and more. All of these services aim to elevate that single person to experience a more fulfilling professional life and maximize his or her contributions to the world. I have coached and trained hundreds of business professionals in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Senior Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Philanthropy, Legal, Publishing, Product Management, Administration, Fundraising, Governance, Board Oversight and Management Consulting. • I was recently asked to contribute to a LinkedIn article entitled, "Here's how you can uphold assertiveness and confidence during challenging or high-pressure situations." My primary response rested on the topic of PREPARATION Let’s first consider some myths: 1) Role-playing is old-fashioned. 2) One’s background speaks for itself. 3) Scripting is a waste of time. 4) Sharing accomplishments is self-hype. Therefore…. Be confident to make and offer observations. If the conversation remains positive, dare to make recommendations. If the dialogue is fluid, and you begin to be accepted as an expert in a particular area, then discuss what the potential outcomes might be. If the conversation is truly “give and take”, then ask whether your prescription, if followed, has merit. Still going well? Then...make a proposal to solve a problem(s). That's ultimately when the conversation takes off, creating a potential peer-to-peer engagement vs an interview...whereby the interviewer holds all the cards.
