July 26th marks National Disability Independence Day, which commemorates the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) into law in 1990. The ADA expands the rights of the disability community in a single law by offering protections from employment discrimination and providing accessibility to government, public establishments, transportation, and more. Trinity Development Alliance (TDA) strives to advance equity where there are no barriers because of disability.
