We are pleased to announce that we are finally under construction on our second and final development phase at I-35 and McAlister Rd. in Fort Worth TX (Burleson Mkt). We have owned this land and the Phase 1 land since 2016. We have had countless obstacles trying to get these two tracts developed over the years due to a lack of adequate utilities, COVID-19, and city approval processes. Though we initially thought this would be a 2-3 year project, it is gratifying to finally see meaningful progress after facing so many challenges. We have a 25,000 sf. pad site available.
