🏡 Featured Project: Lake Castleton Apartments 🏡 This massive endeavor covered 90 apartment buildings, 1261 apartment units, a clubhouse, and garage buildings, all spread across 82 acres. 🔹 Project Highlights: ▪ Used approximately 15,000 gallons of primer, paint, and stain ▪Completed all necessary repairs to buildings and fencing ▪Conducted a property-wide roof tune-up ▪Entire project completed in just 45 days One of the unique challenges we faced was maintaining a steady gasoline supply for our paint sprayers. We were spraying so much paint that we needed to deliver a 55-gallon drum of fuel every day to keep up with the sprayers! 🚧🔨 Just wrapped up a crucial stair project at a 396-unit, 24-building apartment complex! 🚧🔨 At TriStone Construction, we're committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. We recently tackled a major issue by removing 1,772 stair treads to replace improperly installed clips from another contractor. Typically When we replace them we meticulously weld the sides, and spot weld the bottom to allow water to escape. Understanding the importance of life safety on stair systems, we made it our priority to correct these deficiencies. In addition to replacing approximately 150 stair treads, we also painted the stair stringers, ensuring durability and a polished finish. When it comes to multifamily properties, every detail counts.
