Exciting News!  We’re thrilled to share that Triterra’s Grand Rapids office has expanded to a new, larger space within our current location at 625 Kenmoor Avenue SE, now in Suite 109! To celebrate, we recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Grand Rapids Chamber, followed by an open house. It was a fantastic afternoon filled with great conversations, a sense of community, delicious bites from local favorite Catered Creations, Inc., and amazing cookies from Mama Made Sugar Cookies! Thank you to our clients, partners, and friends who joined us for this special moment. Here’s to new opportunities and continued growth in the Grand Rapids area!

Ever wonder what our scientists are up to? Here’s a quick peek at some exciting projects and new equipment! Madison is tackling a critical excavation project, removing contaminated soil and applying an Oxygen Release Compound (ORC) to remediate petroleum impacts. Kate is utilizing a Membrane Interface High Profiling Tool (MIHPT) to enhance the assessment of one of Triterra's underground storage tank sites. By measuring electrical conductivity, estimating hydraulic conductivity, and determining water table elevation, we can trace contaminant movement below the surface and strategically place monitoring wells. Vince is inspecting tunnels with a remote-controlled robot, allowing us to safely check for asbestos, damaged pipes, and other hazards.

Yesterday's grand opening celebration for the Stadium North Lofts and Senior Lofts was fantastic! Seeing this project come to life—from before the demolition to the final construction—has been an incredible journey. We’re proud to have played a part in making this vision a reality, ensuring the property is not only beautiful but also safe for generations to come. Last week one of our clients, Walters-Dimmick, had the re-opening of Johnny's Markets, in Charlotte. During the new development, our team carried out civil site design, pre-demolition hazardous materials survey (former building), as well as on-going environmental compliance work. We are very honored to be a part of such a great project within the local area. Make sure to stop by, fill up, and check out their new modern store!

Last night, we had the privilege of attending the Greater Lansing Entrepreneurial Awards hosted by 517 Magazine. Triterra and our CEO, Don McNabb, received the Entrepreneurial Icon Award. This award goes to a business that displays innovation, commitment, and being able to navigate change in the ongoing business world. After the ceremony, Starfarm, a fun local band known for their 80s covers, performed many classic songs while we got our groovy on. We want to thank 517 Magazine, the judges, and all the other attendees for making the night one to remember!

Caitlin, congratulations on your fifth anniversary with Triterra! Over the past five years, you’ve consistently demonstrated your expertise, a desire to continue learning in an ever-changing field, and a strong work ethic. We appreciate your enthusiasm for every project and the friendly smile you bring to every interaction, whether with our team or clients.
