Trivium provides the following services to growth stage operating companies: Corporate Acquisitions – Trivium provides an exit strategy to owners of growth stage companies that have annual EBITDA between $1mm – $5mm. We target acquisitions that will provide a liquidity event for current owners while also providing an opportunity for them to see their company achieve its growth potential through the addition of capital and management expertise. Asset-Backed Lending – Trivium’s asset-backed lending program provides capital to owners of assets who are in need additional funding. The Trivium team has extensive experience in banking and private lending across a wide range of asset classes. We take a creative approach to deal structuring and we seek to quickly move projects through underwriting and syndication so that owners can focus on growing their core business. Our target market is $5mm – $20mm loans, with the ability to fund larger qualifying projects on a deal by deal basis. Advisory Services – Trivium’s advisory services assist growth stage operating companies that desire to scale their operations, prepare for a financing, or develop an exit strategy.
